Crochet Peter Pan Collar
I have seen several photos of these cute little crochet peter pan collars and I decided to give it a try!
I didn't follow a particular pattern, I just thought I would try and see what stitches and shapes I liked!
Here is my attempt!

Hot Water Bottle Cover
I finished the back and attached them together. After finishing I realised it was a bit small!
I crocheted around the top to make it a bit longer but also to give it a nicer finish

I have temporarily tied some of the pink yarn round the neck, but I will either get some ribbon to tie round or crochet a proper tie to go round!
I hope you like it! I am pretty happy with it! If you want the heart pattern just message/comment and I will give it to you!

Hot Water Bottle Cover
I am slowly expanded the cover! I really enjoy using the two different colours, as I haven't done much of it within my knitting! it's quite easy once you get the hang of it!

Hot Water Bottle Cover
I have finally decided to start the hot water bottle cover! My original idea was for it to have cables on the front, but I found a really cute little pink heart pattern in my knitting book and decided to do that instead!

Cushion Cover Finished!
Hooray! The cover is finished! I will admit I did make quite a few mistakes with ten cable but it does get confusing after a while! I am very happy with it and plan to make some more!
I also added a zip so I can take the cushion out!

Cushion cover
I wanted to experiment with the circular needle, so I thought of making a cushion cover using it. I have decided to do two diamond cables down the front and the rest being purl

Coin Purse Ideas
These are a couple of mocks ups on how to make the purse. I was just thinking about the pattern or shape, not how I will make it look more pretty. I think the purple one is a much better shape, of course it isn't perfect or symmetrical but it was the concept I was going for. The actual thing would be much bigger of course

New Snood
I bought a circular needle to have a play with and I have made a snood! It is very basic and is purely just knit stitch but I managed to do it in only one evening! I can't believe I haven't used a circular needle before they are so easy to use! Here is my snood! I may add a flower into it at a later date

Coin Purse
I was looking on the website 'Notonthehighstreet' and came across a really cute crochet coin purse. It's so adorable and I wanted to try and make one for myself. So I have ordered some metal coin purse frames which you then sew your work onto. I am quite excited about this, as it isn't like anything I have done before! I have started experimenting with how to make the coin purse itself and will update you with my results soon!

Cushion Cover
As you may have suspected I think my next project is to make another cushion cover, which I will sew my new crochet flowers to. I am undecided what colour the cushion will be, but I will invest in some soon and keep you updated!
I might try and do something similar to these, as I have recently learnt several different cable stitches

Another Crochet Flower
I have made another crochet flower. This one is smaller as I used a smaller sized hook. I also made a little bud to go in the middle of the flower which is the same colour as the other flower. I think this one is much more successful, this is due to using a smaller needle and the flower being less 'gappy'.

I decided and added a nice little matching trim round the first flower. It isn't perfect by all means, but I think it adds a nice touch. I made make another or just have the two and add them to a nice cushion cover :)

Christmas Organisation!
Best Ever Birthday Present!
One of my friends bought me this amazing knitting book for my birthday! It's brilliant! I would recommend investing in it! It has some really good patterns and things to make in it. But it also tells/shows you how to do so many things/ stitches. One section which I am very keen to have a go at in putting beads/ embellishment into my knitting!
I created some squares from the stitches at the back of the book, here they are:

Finished Scarf!
I eventually finished the cable knit scarf over Christmas!

This is the final product!

I am kind of happy how it has turned out, but it definitely isn't one of my bests! I got very carried away with the amount of tassels I put on! Also I found the scarf doesn't sit very flat, so could do with a sight iron to make it sit a bit flatter!

Crochet Flower
I wanted to experiment with creating some little decorative things and I came across this video to create these cute little flowers
There are 3 videos with 3 different parts. I watched the first two then did the last layer myself and I think it came out ok!

Let me know what you think!
